Your wedding menu

Your event designer will talk you through your menu options. We would like to learn more about you as a couple and also your guests so that we can help you choose a menu that best reflects your personalities and preferences for your guests. Your event designer has been trained to talk knowledgably about your menu options and of course we have our head chef, Denholm, on hand to discuss any particular requirements or desires for your dining experience. Similarly, we can take you through the wine list and what might work well with your menu and for more specialised drinks requirements our sommelier, Luke, can give advice on pairings.

Spring – Summer
Sample Wedding Breakfast

Salmon gravadlax,
avocado purée, apple jelly
and brown bread croutons

Free range chicken supreme,
