We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to assume a key position in our well established team based at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a lively and well respected Restaurant set within the most stunning location.
Applicants must be a strong team player but also have initiative to work on their own, have great attention to detail and dedicated to ensure that the highest standards are achieved. The position will be varied and challenging and will include event delivery, responsibility for maintaining high levels of quality in production and product development.
